Announcement Description for global announcement

In-Line Inspection allows pipeline operators to have better information on the condition of their pipeline systems and develop adequate maintenance and repair programs. Adopting a proactive approach to addressing integrity threats enables pipeline operators to avoid production and consequential losses caused by pipeline failures

PipeCare™ CLP

Caliper inspection helps identify geometry anomalies that can negatively affect the flow performance and the integrity of pipelines.

PipeCare™ MFL

Magnetic flux leakage inspection detects metal loss such as general and pitting corrosion as well as scratches, gouges, circumferential crack-like features and anomalies of girth welds.

PipeCare™ TFI

Transverse field inspection provides direct wall thickness measurements, including mid-wall laminations and accurate sizing of longitudinal metal loss anomalies.

PipeCare™ UTWM

Ultrasonic wall measurement directly quantifies metal loss anomalies, laminations and inclusions of liquid product pipelines.

PipeCare™ UTCD

Ultrasonic crack detection measures wall thickness and detect Longitudinal / circumferential cracks of liquid product pipelines.

PipeCare™ EMAT

Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer is designed to detect cracks / stress corrosion cracking in gas pipelines without liquid couplant.

Accessories

Pipelines must be cleaned to sustain maximum flow performance and to make In-Line Inspection successful. A complete portfolio of customized cleaning, gauging, digital mapping and magnetic surface inspection tools is available to support your particular project conditions.

Software

From monitoring, inspection to maintenance, maximize your asset performance and integrity with an integrated digital solution moving from reactive to predictive assessment and optimization.
