Summer Condarco leads the global Service Quality, Continuous Improvement and Health, Safety & Environment functions. She is a member of the Halliburton Executive Committee.
Condarco joined Halliburton in 2006 as a continuous improvement leader and then served in multiple manufacturing plant operations manager roles in Texas and Singapore. She subsequently held global Supply Chain leadership roles leading teams in China, India, Latin America and North America. Condarco was the Global Manufacturing Director for the Sperry Drilling and Wireline & Perforating product service lines prior to serving as the Vice President of the global HSE, Service Quality and Continuous Improvement organization.
Condarco holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Texas Tech University. She serves on the Texas Tech University’s College of Engineering Dean’s Council and is a member of the university’s Academy of Industrial Engineers.
