Joe Rainey has more than three decades of industry experience with Halliburton throughout the Eastern Hemisphere and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. He has served in multiple management and operational roles, including Senior Vice President of Halliburton’s Eastern Hemisphere Operations and Vice President of the Eurasia Pacific Region, responsible for the development of the strategic direction and long-term growth in the region.
Rainey also held the positions of Regional Vice President, Middle East; Focused Business Market Manager (FBM) for Tools, Testing and Tubing Conveyed Perforating for the Middle East and Caspian Sea; and as FBM Manager, Production Enhancement, for Latin America and Mexico.
